Peter Liberati

Peter Liberati is a Co-founder of Saltwater Talent and has been in the tech recruiting/talent acquisition space for the past 10 years. He has worked with early seed stage start-ups addressing their critical talent needs through hyper-growth cycles until their IPOs/exits. He has been an important function for executive and strategic talent hiring to high growth technology companies. Peter has personally launched 3 businesses and has a degree in Business Administration from Temple University.

Steve Godaire

Steve Godaire is a Co-founder of Saltwater Talent and has spent 14 years in tech recruiting with the past decade focused on building out mission-critical teams behind many of the top preIPO tech startups. He has a deep passion for helping the most innovative early-stage companies reach their potential (and often a successful exit) through hiring the market’s top talent. He’s a graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
