What You'll Do
As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner you are responsible for advising clients on best recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods. You will be responsible for best practices for sourcing, attracting and hiring candidates for their open positions.
Duties and responsibilities

Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals

Research into clients company, competitors, and Industry

Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs using recruiting best practices

Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

Build long-term client relationships
Requirements and qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, marketing or related field

4+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in a competitive hiring environment

Ability to make timely, effective, principles-based decisions

Proven experience building a diverse, technical talent pipeline and success closing candidates in a competitive environment

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solving abilities
